Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my order?

Current printing time takes 2-3 weeks minimum. Once I received the finished tops it takes 3-4 days to apply the finish and assemble the legs and frames. I do work a regular 8-5 day job, but I do work evenings and weekends to complete orders.

Do you host fundraisers?

Hosting tournaments or fundraisers is something I have not attempted, however, I would be happy to post your tournament or fundraiser to my blog page and my Facebook page. Cornhole is a great fundraising activity, and because it appeals to people of all ages, you can generally expert a good turnout.

Will you refurbish cornhole boards?

Generally speaking I don’t do refurbish work. The reason I don’t is because it is a faster process just to start from scratch. The time it takes to sand the top down to the point where I can start over is very time consuming. However, if you purchased you set from me and are willing to pay for the time it takes me to start over, I will consider it. In most cases, there isn’t much savings to refurbish your current set. You would be further ahead to have a second set and family would be forever grateful.

Why do you require payment up front?

To protect myself from having a garage full of cornhole boards that have not been paid for or picked up. We recently started use UV printed cornhole board tops. I require a minimum deposit of 50% down before ordering. This is non-refundable once the order has been placed.

What materials do you use to build your cornhole games?

I use 2″ x 3’s stripped down from 2″ x 6’s for the frame and legs. The joints are attached using pocket hole screws. The legs fold under for easy transportation. For the top decking I use 3/4″ baltic birch.

Where do you get your decals from?

I like the way a traditional wood top board plays. So I am a traditionalist in the sense that I like to have as much wood top as possible. I believe the best way to achieve this is by using a stenciling technique. Instead of using decals I cut out my own stencils.

How do you make your bags?

We no longer make bags.

Are your boards regulation size?

The boards I build are as close to regulation size as I can manage to get them. The plywood I use comes in 4′ x 8′ sheets. I cut each pieced down to 2′ x 4′, but the last piece will be just under two feet. This is due to the saw kerf. In my humble opinion, the 1/8″ to 1/4″ that is missing will only make you better a player overall.
